Parenting Talk: Social Media, Mental Health and Resilience – How to be Prepared!
Due to the success and positive feedback from previous talks, Dr Kathy Weston will return for our next Parenting Talk!
Entitled Social Media, Mental Health and Resilience – How to be Prepared!, the talk will be held on the evening of Thursday 6 June 2019 at Hampton Prep School.
In this talk, Dr Kathy Weston helps parents be prepared for their children using social media by explaining what is going on in the world of children and young people who are using and enjoying social media. She will discuss the positives as well as the risks associated with this form of media.
Kathy will signpost parents to the very best evidence-based tips and ensure that they leave the talk feeling more knowledgeable and better able to help their child navigate the digital world.
Attendees will get the chance to ask questions during this information-packed and motivational evening!
